What a class looks like
Each one-hour session blends playful yoga poses, calming breathing exercises, creative activities such as Neuro Art, group games, music, and moments of mindfulness. Sessions may include gentle meditation, positive affirmations, partner or team activities, and relaxation exercises — all woven together to help children move, connect, and unwind in a supportive and joyful space.

Structured curriculum
Whole-child approach integrating social-emotional learning through stories and play, breathing activities, somatic exercises for body awareness, creative activities including Neuro Art, team-building games, affirmations, gentle meditation, and fun energetic movement through play, music, and imagination.

Physical strength, body awareness, emotional awareness, confidence, calm, coordination, self-expression, and healthy coping strategies.

About
Gentle, playful, connection-focused yoga and mindfulness classes for young children aged 2–4, designed to be explored alongside a trusted adult. Through songs, stories, simple yoga poses, breathing games, and creative play, children develop body awareness, coordination, and emotional connection while caregivers enjoy quality bonding time.
Before your first class
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Children should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement and be prepared to practice barefoot (or wear non-slip grip socks). Bring a filled water bottle and optionally a small soft toy for breathing or relaxation activities.
