1. About Classbee

Classbee (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website classbee.app — a free online directory that helps parents and guardians in Hong Kong discover children’s classes, activities, events, and family-friendly places (“Listings”). By accessing or using our website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Classbee Is a Directory, Not a Provider

Classbee is an information directory only. We do not operate, teach, organise, or supervise any of the classes, activities, events, or venues listed on our website. Each Listing is offered by an independent third-party provider (“Provider”) who is solely responsible for the content, quality, safety, and delivery of their services.

When you contact a Provider through a link on Classbee — whether via WhatsApp, phone, email, Instagram, or their website — any resulting communication, booking, payment, or agreement is strictly between you and that Provider. Classbee is not a party to any such arrangement and accepts no responsibility for it.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep Listing information accurate and up to date. However, details such as schedules, prices, age ranges, trial availability, locations, and promotions are subject to change by Providers at any time without notice to us.

Some Listing content on Classbee is created or enhanced with the assistance of artificial intelligence (“AI”). While we review AI-generated content, it may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

You should always verify key details — including price, schedule, location, and suitability — directly with the Provider before making any booking or commitment.

All information on Classbee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any Listing information.

4. No Endorsement

The inclusion of any Provider or Listing on Classbee does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality by us. Features such as “Editor’s Picks”, “Try First” highlights, or category placements are editorial selections and do not imply certification or vetting of a Provider’s qualifications, safety standards, or business practices.

Parents and guardians are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before enrolling a child in any class or activity, including verifying instructor qualifications, safety measures, insurance, and suitability for their child’s age and needs.

5. Your Use of the Service

You agree to use Classbee only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from Classbee for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Reproduce, redistribute, or republish Listing content in bulk (individual sharing of Listing links is encouraged).
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our administrative systems, database, or any non-public area of the Service.
Use the Service to transmit any harmful, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or the servers and networks that host it.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Classbee name, logo, website design, original editorial content, and software code are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or original content without our prior written permission.

Listing information (such as class descriptions, schedules, and images) may be sourced from Providers or derived from publicly available materials. Where a Provider’s own trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials appear on Classbee, they remain the property of the respective Provider.

7. Third-Party Links

Classbee contains links to third-party websites, including Provider websites, Instagram pages, WhatsApp contacts, and booking platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website. Clicking on a third-party link is entirely at your own risk.

8. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic emails about new Listings, featured activities, and Classbee updates. 9. Shortlist Feature

The shortlist feature allows you to save Listings for later reference. Shortlist data is stored locally in your browser and is not synced across devices or backed up on our servers. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, your shortlist will be lost. We are not responsible for any loss of shortlist data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong:

No liability for Listings. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or disappointment arising from your reliance on any Listing information, or from your dealings with any Provider. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect prices or schedules, cancelled classes, unsatisfactory experiences, injury to any person, or any financial loss.
No liability for AI-generated content. We are not liable for errors or inaccuracies in content that was generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools.
No liability for service availability. We do not guarantee that Classbee will be available at all times or free from errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
Maximum liability. In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed HK$100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Classbee and its operators, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your interactions with any Provider.

12. Information for Providers

If you are a Provider whose classes or activities are listed on Classbee and you wish to update, correct, or remove your Listing, please contact us at info@classbee.app. We will make reasonable efforts to action your request promptly.

Listing information may be sourced from publicly available materials such as social media posts, flyers, and Provider websites. If you believe any content infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with details and we will investigate.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Classbee after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
