What a class looks like
A 60-minute independent class on the gym floor without parents. Children learn gymnastic skills for strength, flexibility and agility, and refine gross motor skills through running, jumping, hopping, throwing and catching. Games prepare them for team sports and cooperation.

About
Strong focus on independence as children are on the gym floor without a parent. Our teachers introduce gymnastic skills that build strength, flexibility, and agility. The children are also ready to refine core gross motor skills such as running, jumping, hopping, throwing and catching. Through games, we prepare the children for team sports and cooperation, and nurture the children's willingness to explore beyond their comfort zone to build self-confidence and a sense of achievement.
